New details in shooting death of 20 year old Austin woman

New details have been released about the shooting death of a 20 year old woman in the Austin Saturday [July 31]. Police have identified Me’Darian Ledale McGruder as a suspect in the incident at a residence on 10th St. NW, where a witness told police 20-year-old Tyesha T. Gills and McGruder were just “messing around” before he shot her because she wouldn’t stop zapping him with a stun gun even though he kept asking her to “stop playing.” A warrant for the 27-year-old Austin man was issued Monday, according to a press release.
