The Minnesota Department of Transportation says 42 new traffic cameras and eight digital message signs are now in operation on Highway 52 between Rochester and St. Paul. The department says the cameras will provide more views of traffic conditions along the highway, provide greater communication about traffic conditions, and provide a framework for addressing future transportation needs.
