Additional charges have been filed against an Austin man already facing domestic abuse in Mower County. Drug possession charges were filed against 53-year old Thomas Irvin Percival Tuesday, after narcotics were allegedly found in his vehicle parked outside a residence on 12th Street Northwest September 18th. He is currently awaiting a disposition hearing in Mower County District Court for violating a domestic abuse restraining order. Percival’s next appearance in Mower County District Court is scheduled for October 5th.
