A third COVID-19 death was reported Monday in Waseca County. According to the Minnesota Department of Health, the victim was in their early 70s and was a resident of a long-term care or assisted living facility. Waseca County also reported nine new active cases. An additional case was reported in Freeborn County yesterday bringing the total number of cases in the county to 401.
