WELLS – A Wells man involved in a domestic dispute is facing multiple charges, including drug possession. Joe A. Garcia, 32, allegedly began fighting with an ex-girlfriend at a home in Wells and when a man intervened, witnesses told police Garcia pulled out a knife and threatened to kill them. Garcia was charged with two counts of felony assault and a count of felony drug possession in Faribault County District Court.
