A southern Minnesota state lawmaker has tested positive for COVID-19

A southern Minnesota state lawmaker has tested positive for COVID-19. After experiencing flu-like symptoms last week, Senator Dan Sparks (DFL-Austin) revealed in a statement Monday that he is infected with the virus and has entered a voluntary two-week quarantine. Senator Sparks said he has not attended any in-person events and has continued to participate remotely in legislative business.
