Mower County man sentenced in terroristic threat case

AUSTIN, Minn. – A Mower County man charged with 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats will not spend time in jail. Michael Wolphagen, 30 of Austin pleaded guilty and was sentenced Wednesday to three years of supervised probation. He must also pay a $500 fine and do 40 hours of community work service. He was arrested in May after threatening to stab a man he was in an argument with over money.
