The pandemic and a new superintendent were some of the topics discussed when Albert Lea Area Schools board candidates took part in a community forum recently (Thursday) at Riverland Community College in Albert Lea. The seven candidates also discussed MSHSL fees, and the possibility of the district’s superintendent leaving, among other issues in the third candidate forum hosted by the Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce. There are three seats up for election to the board.
