(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday (Oct. 28) in connection to a fatal drug overdose in Mankato last week. The Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office said the death of a 26-year-old woman found in her home last Friday was ruled to be fentanyl toxicity, according to autopsy reports. The Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force said the investigation led them to 37-year-old Jesse Skelly of Rochester. He was being held at the Blue Earth County Jail in Mankato where he is facing a possible 3rd-degree murder charge.
