Austin, MN (KROC-AM News) – Authorities have released the name of a man who was found dead in the Grand Meadow area last week. A news release issued by the Mower County Sheriff’s Office says 67-year-old David Sutter was from Waterloo Iowa. His body was discovered the afternoon of November 10 in a ditch along a rural road near Dexter.
