(ABC 6 News) – The family of an Albert Lea man arrested after a shoot out with police last month are speaking out. They told ABC 6 News that Devin Weiland was assaulted prior to the shooting spree at the Shady Oaks Apartments, that injured two people, including an officer. The 21 year old remains jailed on multiple charges.
