(ABC 6 News) – The state of Minnesota filed lawsuits this week against two Freeborn County businesses already cited for violating the governor’s COVID safety measures. The Interchange in Albert Lea and Pour House in Clarks Grove are two of ten businesses statewide being sued by the Minnesota Attorney General for defying health and safety protocols to prevent the spread of the deadly disease. Under Governor Tim Walz’ executive order indoor dining at bars and restaurants are banned until January 10, 2021.
