A 27 year old Nebraska man who recently moved to Austin is facing multiple child sexual assault charges. The parents of a 15-year girl met with an Austin police officer on Nov. 29 to report that their daughter had been having sexual electronic communication with Brandon James Nisley, who the victim said she met three years earlier on Snapchat. The two reconnected on the “Discord” app and had met up several times at a park, according to police reports. His next court date has been set for Dec. 17.
