Routine traffic stop landed a Minneapolis man in handcuffs

A routine traffic stop landed a Minneapolis man in handcuffs on drug and firearm charges after being stopped by Northfield police on Friday. Jordon John Kelley was in the passenger seat when the officer found marijuana, heroin, methamphetamine and a loaded 9mm handgun in the vehicle. Both the driver and Kelley were taken into custody. Kelley, who remains at the Rice County Jail faces up to fifteen years in prison if convicted.
