Commuters are being warned winter weather will make for hazaradous driving conditions in southeast Minnesota. The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning for parts of the region, including Dodge, and Mower Counties, with conditions expected to worsen throughout today as rain changes to snow, with up to four inches forecast. The combination of snow, strong winds, and freezing temperatures will create slick roads for afternoon and evening commutes, and holiday travelers.
