AUSTIN, Minn. – A Mower County man charged with nine child sex crimes has been ruled incompetent to stand trial. Curtis Allen Kindschy [kind-ski], 52 of Austin, is accused of sexually abusing two victims, one under the age of 16 and another younger than 13. He remains at the Mower County Jail on $150,000 bond. A mental evaluation of Kindschy was ordered on Wednesday by a Mower County judge.
