A Wells woman injured in a one-vehicle crash on I-90 in Freeborn County Thursday has been identified. The Minnesota State Patrol said icy road conditions may have contributed to 48-year old Kim Elizabeth Kastens overturning at milepost 155 in Manchester Township. She was treated at Mayo Health Clinic in Albert Lea, according to reports.
