WORTH COUNTY, Iowa – A Worth County couple is facing felony child endangerment charges after a toddler tested positive for drugs. According to police reports, a 1-year-old girl was taken to MercyOne North Iowa in July for swallowing meth, according to court documents. The child first showed signs of irregular behavior during a welfare check at a W. Harris St. home in Manly. Cody Henderson, 30, was booked into the Worth County Jail on Wednesday and is being held on $5,000 bond. Taylor Henderson, 29, was arrested earlier this month on the same charge.
