Five 14-year-olds were arrested Tuesday morning after leading law enforcement on two separate vehicle chases in Albert Lea. Police said the pursuit began after officers spotted a van that had been reported stolen, and a Toyota Rav4 in which three of the teens were in that belonged to the family of one of the boys. The incident ended when drivers of both vehicles crashed. All five boys were being held at a detention facility awaiting charges, according to reports.
