FOREST CITY, Iowa – Caleb Robert Angel has been sentenced to three to five years of supervised probation and ordered to pay a $430 fine. The 31 year old Lake Mills resident pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges after he was arrested in connection to a July 18, 2020 arrest of two others in Lake Mills, where police say Angel inadvertently walked by with a drug pipe in his mouth, court documents state.
