(ABC 6 News) – Local county public health departments in southeast Minnesota say they’re following the governor’s plan to jumpstart COVID-19 vaccines across the state. Health officials are wrapping up vaccinating groups in the first phase of the rollout, then doses will be available for those age 65 and older, according to a news release.
