A Faribault man is expected to be placed on supervised probation for up to three years in April in connection to an elderly abuse case. Kevin Paul Perry, 58, pleaded guilty to felony charges Tuesday after authorities say he used money intended to care for a vulnerable family member for his own personal needs.
