An Austin man facing 25 felony counts in connection to a 2019 incident in Lyle has accepted a plea deal and will not serve any jail time. A 60-month prison sentence was stayed for 10 years supervised probation on each count for 60-year old James Lee Chris Walker who was sentenced in Mower County District Court Thursday.
Walker pleaded guilty to the three felony counts on January 28th, and the other 22 felony counts in the cases were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
