A child sexual abuse suspect placed on probation has now been ordered to serve jail time. The Department of Correctional Services filed a report in Worth County District Court alleging that Devonta Hinton violated the terms of his release. The 23-year-old is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in 2019. This week a judge ordered Hinton to 30 days in jail.
