The Austin Police Department has released the name of an Austin man shot to death early Saturday morning. 45-year old David Harris, who lived at the residence where the shooting took place, was identified as the victim after an autopsy was performed. Austin Police responded to the 100 block of 12th St. NE., and lifesaving measures were performed on Harris, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
MEANWHILE….
The suspect, identified as 18-year-old Miguel Nunez Jr., of S.D., is facing second-degree murder in connection to the case, which police said remains active and the investigation ongoing.
