WASECA – A Waseca man is facing multiple charges in connection to a domestic dispute. Timothy John Dierks, reportedly assaulted a girl and broke into a neighbor’s house, then ignored police orders. The 29 year old was charged with felony domestic assault and felony burglary Thursday in Waseca County District Court. He also is charged with misdemeanor counts of domestic assault, property damage and obstructing police business.
