An Albert Lea man accepted a plea deal in connection to a 2008 theft case and will not go to jail. Lance O’Reilly pleaded guilty to “Burglary in the Third Degree,” an aggravated misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Lake Mills Police Department in September, 2008. O’Reilly was ordered to pay a $855.00 fine, applicable surcharges, court costs, and victim restitution.
