An Albert Lea man is accused of sexually assaulting the family’s teen babysitter over a two-year period.
Matthew Ryan Estes, 34, was charged Friday in Freeborn County Court in connection to the incident in which the then 13 year old victim says she met Estes at church where he was a janitor and offered to babysit for his pregnant wife, which is when an inappropriate sexual relationship began.
