(ABC 6 News) – A South Dakota man wanted in connection to a drug deal turned fatal shooting of an Austin man has been arrested. Miguel Nunez Jr. was taken into custody in Sioux Falls, SD Thursday night. Police said he had gone to a house in Austin to buy marijuana and then tried to rob the place, before he shot and killed a man at the home, according to court documents. A second victim was also shot, as was Nunez.
