(ABC 6 News) – The Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Sheriff Kurt Freitag in the dispute over his salary. The Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled Monday that a district court judge acted properly in setting the Sheriff’s salary at $113,952 after the Freeborn County commissioners voted to pay him $97,020.
