WASECA – Waseca police officers had to use pepper spray and Tasers to subdue an out of control intoxicated man Saturday night. Christopher Ray Thissen, 37, of Waseca, was charged Monday in Waseca County District Court with felony assault on an officer, and disorderly conduct following a fireworks complaint on Fifth St. NW.
