Albert Lea man convicted in home invasion domestic incident accepts plea deal

An Albert Lea man convicted in a home invasion domestic incident has accepted a plea deal in the case. Police said, 38-year old Brandon Stanley Johnson had a restraining order against him when he broke into a residence of a woman he knew in Brownsdale in May. He was sentenced Thursday to 30 months in prison for a felony charge of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order. Johnson was also convicted and sentenced Thursday to 19 months in prison for a 2020 felony drug possession charge.
