An Austin man arrested earlier this month [Aug. 5] for failure to appear in court is facing more charges after drugs were allegedly found at his residence. According to the court complaint, a Mower County detective found drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine at Troy Arthur Leeper’s, 47, home on 17th Avenue Southwest in Austin. His next court date is set for Aug. 19.
