An Austin man busted in an undercover drug sales in 2020 made his first appearance for felony drug charges recently in Mower County District Court. Michael Joseph Vasquez, 30, is accused of selling methamphetamine to a police informant on multiple occassions last year. Vasquez was seen in video footage captured by the CRI during the deals. Vasquez’ next court date is scheduled for Aug. 9.
