Bail was set at $25,000 in Freeborn County District Court Thursday for a Crystal man facing multiple charges in connection to a high speed chase on Interstate 90 in Austin Tuesday night. Court documents state just before midnight a Minnesota State trooper responded to reports of a reckless driver and the officer spotted the vehicle near mile marker 174 prompting a police pursuit that ended near the Oakland exit after stop sticks were deployed disabling the vehicle. Matthew Douglas Ingram, 34, next court date is set for Aug. 26.
