Several big road construction projects are underway in Owatonna. While none of the major work is occurring in the immediate vicinity of the state fair, drivers will see a change in the traffic pattern along West Bridge Street cause delays. West Bridge Street will be closed between 24th Avenue and Park Drive, a news release states. Construction on West Bridge Street is anticipated to continue throughout the summer with all work expected to wrap up by the end of October 30.
