An Austin teen captured on surveillance video was arrested for a burglary Sunday morning at a residence in the northwestern section of the city. The homeowner reported their vehicles, which were inside their garage at the home on 19th St. NW, had been broken into and that money, ammunition and a handgun had been stolen. The Mower County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year old Elias James Wells was taken into custody Monday [September 20], and the stolen items were recovered.
