WELLS – A Fairbault county teen is facing charges of reckless driving and fleeing police. Kyle Gene Segebart, 18, of rural New Richland, appeared in Faribault County District Court Monday. Police say the teen allegedly was doing burnouts in the parking lot at United South Central Public School in Wells, as students were being dismissed Friday, and led officers on a brief chase, before he crashed into a sign, according to a court complaint. Segebart and a passenger in his vehicle were not seriously injured.
