MANKATO – The woman suspected in a series of crashes and police pursuits in Mankato Friday night was charged Tuesday with eight crimes. Tierra Monique Birris, 37, of Mankato, allegedly hit multiple parked vehicles while fleeing from police, and crashed head-on into a squad car, injuring a Blue Earth County sheriff’s deputy.
