AUSTIN, Minn. – A Mower County man facing child sex abuse allegations for the second time in as many years accepted a plea deal Monday. Colin Charles Belden, 23 was arrested in April 2020 in connection to an incident involving a child under 13 years old. His sentencing is scheduled for January 7, 2022. Authorities say Belden was already serving 15 years probation for similar charges stemming from a 2019 sex abuse case.
