AUSTIN, Minn. – A Mower County man already on probation has accepted a plea deal in connection to a 2020 child sexual abuse case. Colin Charles Belden, of Austin, 23, pleaded guilty Monday to one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13 years old. His sentencing is scheduled for January 7, 2022. Authorities say Belden was sentenced to 15 years of supervised probation in 2019 for a similar incident.
