A second suspect linked to the murder of an Austin resident this summer made his first appearance on Wednesday in Mower County District Court. Keith Lavandas Forrest, 20, of South Dakota, is facing multiple charges in the shooting death of David Harris, 45, on 12th Street Northeast of Austin on June 5 during what police described as a drug robbery turned shoot out. Forrest will appear in court again on Sept. 23
