(ABC 6 News) – An Austin man made his first appearance on murder charges after being extradited back to Minnesota. 27-year-old Me’darian Ledale McGruder was booked into the Mower County Jail on Monday and is facing charges of 2nd-degree murder in connection to the shooting death of 20-year-old Tyesha Gills on July 31st in Austin. McGruder’s bail has been set for 2 million dollars. He is expected to be back in court on October 18th.
