A Blooming Prairie man is set to make his first appearance on Thursday in Mower County District Court after allegedly using an unauthorized account to buy more than $6,000 in merchandise from an Austin auto parts dealer. Stephen Aaron Craig Brandt has been charged with felony theft in connection to the incident in which O’Reilly Auto Parts contacted the Austin Police Department this summer about the theft in which the 38 year old claimed to be employed by Pulver Towing and then fraudulently charged items on the Pulver Towing account.
