Albert Lea man charged with reckless use of a weapon in 2020 sentenced to probation

ALBERT LEA, Minn. – An Albert Lea man charged with reckless use of a weapon in 2020 after he struck an Albert Lea home while target practicing was sentenced to probation. Shell Paw Bor pleaded guilty on Monday and a judge ordered him to one year of supervised probation. Authorities say the 31 year old was firing a small caliber rifle inside a home in the 2300 block of Clayton Avenue when two of the shots hit a neighboring residence with multiple people inside. No one was injured.
