An Austin teen accused of severely beating a 75-year-old man to death during a robbery made his first appearance Friday in Mower District Coury. Francisco Javier Lagunes Silva, 18, of Austin was charged Thursday with aiding and abetting three different crimes in the death of William Hall earlier this month who was found dead at his home on Oct. 13. At least two of the other suspects authorities say were involved in Hall’s death are juveniles, including a 12 year old. Silva’s next court appearance is set for Nov. 8.
