FOREST CITY, Iowa – A Dubuque Iowa man accused of ramming a Forest City police vehicle just south of Albert Lea is pleading not guilty. Adam Willis Purchase is charged with second-degree criminal mischief in connection to the October 3 incident in which the 33 year old deliberately struck the vehicle belonging to a local police officer “because he did not like the owner of the vehicle.” Purchase is now scheduled to stand trial beginning December 1.
