FREEBORN COUNTY, Minn. – Icy roads are being blamed for a one car rollover crash Saturday in Freeborn County that sent a Texas woman to the hospital. Police say, Liliana De La Cruz Villalobos, 49, of Eagle Pass, Texas, was a passenger in a vehicle that skidded off I-35 and overturned at milepost 12. The driver, also from Texas, was not injured in the wreck.
