NORTH MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) – 2022 will usher in many new laws. From healthcare to driver’s licenses to state parks, laws passed in this year’s legislative session will take in the new year, starting Jan. 1, 2022.
A trio of special license plates will also be created: the Minnesota 100 Club, agriculture and honorary consul.
