Austin man convicted of 2017 felony theft sentenced

An Austin man convicted of a 2017 felony theft charge has been sentenced. A judge ordered 24-year old Aaron James Huehn to 15 days in jail and five years of supervised probation for a felony charge of theft, and taking/using property without consent. The judge granted a stay of imposition in the case as part of the plea agreement, which means if the defendant successfully completes their probation, the conviction will be deemed a misdemeanor.
